香港作為國際都會,旅遊業發展蓬勃,對人才需求殷切。酒店及旅遊專才訓練學院致力培育業界專業人才。我們的高級文憑及學士課程,理論與實習俱備,為有志在旅遊業發展的人士,提供最佳學習環境。

酒店為賓客提供住宿服務。此3年制專業課程,讓學員掌握在酒店及旅遊業的管理成功要素與知識,踏進事業成功的階梯。內容涵蓋餐飲、酒店及旅遊業管理及商業英語。透過課堂及酒店實習,學員將了解酒店管理人員的角色、以及現時市場的挑戰。

學員將會學到各種理論與概念,促使他們了解優質管理的重要性。與此同時,學員能夠把所學習的概念有效地應用實際工作環境上。

With Hong Kong being an international city, it is well-understood there is a great demand and development within the Hotel and Catering industry in the coming years. As tourism has been a strong focus in the local market, our mission is to provide young talents with a foundation for a successful Management Career. In developing practical skills and experience on aspects of hotel, catering and tourism management, special emphasis is placed on professional service with different hands-on subjects.

In understanding the primary function of a hotel is to provide lodging accommodation, the three and a half year program develops the students with competent hospitality management including catering and tourism studies and business English and Mandarin skills and knowledge for a successful hospitality career. Thus, enabling the students to acquire their hospitality knowledge through classroom learning, practical training and internships in hotels, it also helps them to identify the role, significance, problems and challenges faced in today’s market.

Therefore, students will be exposed to various theories and basic concepts, enabling them to appreciate the importance of good management techniques. In the hope they will be able to employ these concepts to their future work places effectively.

However, in creating the multi-skills and talents that most employers are looking for, the ideal profile for a successful career in the industry includes three elements:

本課程既有酒店及旅遊業傳統智慧的面,亦有動力的一面,以商業管理為核心,全面地涵蓋酒店及旅遊業管理所需的技巧。

A well-rounded curriculum focusing in hospitality management, the program revolves around business management courses applied to hotel and catering settings combined with tourism where hospitality skills are taught in a traditional and dynamic manner.

文憑課程


Diploma Programme

以各種學習方法,提供學員酒店、餐飲及旅遊業的管理入門理論、能力及信心。學員除了學到餐飲、調酒、前台操作、房務操作及相關知識。學員亦需擁有強烈服務他人的心態及團隊精神,以強化學員的人際關係技巧及功課上合作精神。文憑課程學習期為一年。

Prepares students for an entry-level career in either the hospitality, catering or tourism industry with confidence and particularly develops basic management theories and competencies based on different teaching and learning processes. In having well-equipped students with the expertise for initiative and judgment behind the operational and management functions, it would strengthen their interpersonal skills and teamwork enabling them to boost up their responsibility, self-confidence and desire to serve and work effectively as team players and leaders in the workplace.

高級文憑課程


Advanced Diploma Programme

本課程以大量酒店及旅遊管理的專題,使學員的商業及專業技能提昇至更高級的水平。學習期為一年。

Advanced Diploma is designed to bring students’ English to a higher standard of qualification in developing competent Business English and Professional Communication skills. Thus, enabling students to develop their business and professional skills to a more advanced level of proficiency under extensive range of specialized topics related to hospitality and catering management.

學士學位課程


Degree Programme

集中教授管理技巧,為未來領導人提供酒店及旅遊管理的專門知識、技術及各個管理學科的深入知識。此課程亦以投身中層管理為核心,讓學員掌握管理及領導的分析能力。

Bachelor of Arts Degree focuses in management skills and provides the expertise in hospitality management, know-how and an in-depth knowledge of various management subjects for future industry leaders. This program has a strong focus in offering graduates the potential to enter the industry at middle-management level with the analytical skills for management and leadership.
