文憑課程 - Diploma in Hospitality Management

以各種學習方法,提供學員酒店、餐飲及旅遊業的管理入門理論、能力及信心。學員除了學到餐飲、調酒、前台操作、房務操作及相關知識。學員亦需擁有強烈服務他人的心態及團隊精神,以強化學員的人際關係技巧及功課上合作精神。文憑課程學習期為一年。

Prepares students for an entry-level career in either the hospitality, catering or tourism industry with confidence and particularly develops basic management theories and competencies based on different teaching and learning processes. In having well-equipped students with the expertise for initiative and judgment behind the operational and management functions, it would strengthen their interpersonal skills and teamwork enabling them to boost up their responsibility, self-confidence and desire to serve and work effectively as team players and leaders in the workplace.

入學要求 - Entry Requirements
The minimum requirements for admission are:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Comitted to academics and practical learning based on one’s personal development.
Able to demonstrate maturity, good personality and appropriate attitude for the demanding industry. Thus, motivated towards a future career at a supervisory level.
Mature students who are 20 years of age may apply with relevant work experience or other acceptable qualifications.
 
畢業 - Graduation
成功課程及實習後,學員可取得相關證書。
Students are awarded their qualification at the end of the program upon successful completion of their academic year and the required internship(s).
